Man identified as Joe Vanderburg (also known as Yellow Rock) pictured dancing outside on the Flathead Indian Reservation (Mont.) with his right arm raised. He wears a striped loincloth and several long, beaded necklaces with bells tied around his ankles. He holds an unidentified object in his right hand.
