3 typed copies. A note at the end indicates that this was published in The Oklahoma Observer on 10 March 1995, and in the Tulsa World on 4 April 1995. It also mentions that the Oklahoma City Bombing had occurred one year earlier, in 1994, but this is incorrect—the Murrah Building was bombed on April 19, 1995. Presumably the letter was published in those newspapers in 1996.
