Image depicts the Mincks-Adams Hote Building at 403 Cheyenne. Built in 1927-1928 by businessman I. S. "Ike" Mincks it was named the Mincks Hotel, a luxury hotel intended to attract businessmen. The hotel was sold in 1935 after Mincks declared bankruptcy. It was subsequently reopened as the Adams Hotel. In the early 1980s it became the Adams Office Tower.
