Derek Stanford collection, 1963-1968
Scope and Contents
Consists of 12 handwritten and typed letters between Derek Stanford and Michel Remy (who was writing a thesis on David Gascoyne at that time), the Poetry Society, and The Scotsman Magazine. Also included are handwritten, typed and carbon copy typed drafts of various essays and articles written by Derek Stanford about David Gascoyne, a well as Stanford's unpublished autobiography, The Pumpkin Tree.
