There is a handwritten note from Rose Knox-Peebles, saying the biographical notes on Anna Kavan are badly typed and she hopes they can be read.

Consists of 12 handwritten and typed letters between Derek Stanford and Michel Remy (who was writing a thesis on David Gascoyne at that time), the Poetry Society, and The Scotsman Magazine. Also included are handwritten, typed and carbon copy typed drafts of various essays and articles written by Derek Stanford about David Gascoyne, a well as Stanford's unpublished autobiography, The Pumpkin Tree.

A Photocopy of the introduction by Anais Nin to Anna Kavan's "ICE." It was sent to Richard R. Centing by Peter Owen on April 22, 1970. It is among a group of photocopied materials that Richard R. Centing sent to David Callard.
