Gradually, further manuscripts and Connolly specific books were added. Literary critic, editor of Horizon magazine, and writer, these papers document Connolly's life and career

Biographical / Historical

Cyril Vernon Connolly was born in Coventry, England on September 10, 1903. He was a literary critic and a writer. For nine years, he was a literary editor of the "Horizon." He wrote the book,"Enemies of promise, " in 1938. He died on November 26, 1974.
