Scope and Contents
Consists of typescript and carbon typescript drafts, as well as working notes, for three novels and the signed offprint of an essay. Included in the collection is a letter from Samuel Epstein to Margaret Drabble, a letter from Margaret Drabble to Gordon Taylor (English Department, University of Tulsa) with an attached note from Taylor to Sid Huttner (Curator, Special Collections, University of Tulsa).

Biographical / Historical
Dame Margaret Drabble, Lady Holroyd, DBE FRSL is an English novelist, biographer and critic. She studied acting in her early years. She has a long standing feud with one of her sisters who is also a writer. She was married to the late Clive Swift and they had three children. She has won numerous awards for her writings."The Millstone," is one of her award winning novels. She has also written several screenplays, plays and short stories, as well as non-fiction.
