A handwritten note found inside the cassette sleeve reads: "10/29 Linda—Apparently this tape was at start, so the 10-21 Bonham activity was taped over. The 10-28 activity from both Repro and Judy's camera are both now on this tape. It has Bonham talking about costing this clinic "thousands of dollars" and also his saving, he saved 5 babies last summer. Suggest we hold this tape for only Bonham activities. [Nancy Halot?]
