Consists of the articles of incorporation, by-laws, meeting minutes and resolutions of the directors and stockholders of the State Capital Printing Company of Guthrie, Oklahoma. These have been pasted into a ledger and date from 1900 to 1911. Frank H. Greer served as president, and Frederick H. Byers as director of the State Capital Printing Company during the period this archive covers.
