"When reached by trans-Atlantic telephone in Paris Thursday, and informed of the Justice Department's demand that the Peace Information Center register under the profisions of the Foreign Agents Act, Dr. W.E.B. DuBois, noted Negro anthropologist and historian, who is chairman of the Peace Informationn Center, iussued the following statement on behalf of the Peace Information Center...."
