Original typescript and one copy of the self-study of the University conducted by the faculty and presented to President Ralph L. Langenheim. The report is signed by Laurence S. A handwritten note, signed, from Clark, requesting a pint of whiskey for the Chickasaw Indians. Greenville [Ohio], 30 May 1794. Small hole in center, text unaffected. Some minor contemporary ink smudges. Also signed by John Mills, Legion's adjutant approving the request to the adjutant quartermaster. On verso, a note from James Donelson releasing the whisky.
