Scope and Contents Harriet G. Barclay was Professor of Botany at the University of Tulsa, teaching part-time at the University of Tulsa between 1929 and 1942, and later assuming a full-time position in 1942. In 1949, she was promoted to Professor of Botany and in 1953 was appointed Chair of the Botany department.
