City and state are not listed, but there was a Shadow Mountain Inn restaurant at 61st and Sheridan in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Unclear if this is the same, but given that Shleppey Advertising operated out of Tulsa, this is probable.

Location is derived from the verso of the postcard, which indicates that this was the hall inside the hotel, located at 2660 Connecticut Avenue.

Menu cover gives a list of suggested rooms and locations to visit, including the Pump Room, The Buttery, Beau Nash Club (men only at lunch—women are "invited" for cocktails and dinner from 4:07p.m.), The Parade, The Bath, and Sarah Siddons Walk. List also mentions the Ambassador Hotel on State Street, located in Chicago, Illinois.
